Virtual Become A Friend Session – Hosted by SWIRCA & More

A Dementia Friend is someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with dementia through increased awareness and support. The Dementia Friends Information Session will equip attendees with the knowledge to help make their communities a safer and more welcoming place for those living with dementia and their caregivers.

In-person sessions have been canceled until further notice due to the threat of COVID-19. This virtual opportunity will allow communities to continue their efforts in becoming Dementia Friends.

The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to the address used for registration 24 hours in advance of the virtual session. Zoom is a free virtual meeting platform.
