Virtual Become A Friend Session Hosted by LifeSpan Resources

 In-person sessions have been canceled until further notice due to the threat of COVID-19. This interactive virtual opportunity will allow communities to continue their efforts in becoming Dementia Friends. You will see and hear the other participants in the session.

A Dementia Friend is someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with dementia through increased awareness and support. The Dementia Friends Information Session will equip attendees with the knowledge to help make their communities a safer and more welcoming place for those living with dementia and their caregivers. You will gain knowledge about the types of dementia and practical communication techniques. You will also receive a Dementia Friends workbook. Please register!
